Mirabai Chanu, Bajrang Punia named brand ambassadors of Amrutanjan- Tokyo Olympic Silver medallist Mirabai Chanu and Bronze medallist Bajrang Punia have joined hands with Amrutanjan Healthcare. The Olympic champions will endorse the company that deals with advanced body pain management products with specialisation in back pain, muscle spray.
The company offers products such as Advanced back Pain Roll-On, Joint Muscle Spray, and Pain Patch. The products are a unique blend of health, science, nature with its roots in Ayurveda, Amrutanjan claims. Ace weightlifter Saikhom Mirabai Chanu bagged a silver in the Women’s 49kg category. Chanu lifted a total of 202 kg (87kg in snatch and 115kg in clean and jerk) during her four successful attempts across the competition. With the monumental silver medal, Chanu became the second Indian weightlifter to win an Olympic medal after Karnam Malleswari bagged bronze in the 69kg category at the 2000 Sydney Games when the weightlifting arena was opened to women for the first time.

Grappler Bajrang Punia won a bronze medal in the men’s freestyle 65kg category in Tokyo Olympics after defeating Kazakhstan’s Daulet Niyazbekov. Punia defeated Niyazbekov 8-0 in the bronze medal match. In the match, Bajrang managed to hold his own and he kept his opponent at bay walking away with a bronze medal.
