The Dortmund legend will be out of contract in the summer. The 33-year-old has also been linked with a move away from the club. He joined Dortmund in 2012 from Borussia Monchengladbach and has spent a good decade at the Signal Iduna Park but it seems as though he has decided to venture out. According to sources, Reus’ agents Dirk Hebel and Darren Freeman were present at the game between United and City wherein the Red Devils beat their neighbors.
After spending 10 years at Dortmund, Reus is open to moving on a free this summer. Saudi side Al-Nassr is also hoping to lure the German to support Cristiano Ronaldo in attack. His agent has also spoken about Reus assessing his options with just a couple of months left on his current deal. Hebel said, ‘It is quite normal that other clubs are interested in a player like Marco, whose contract expires in six months.’
He continued, ‘Marco has always emphasised how much BVB is close to his heart, but also that he wants to continue playing football. So it’s only natural that we have to look at other options.’

Reus too spoke about his future, as he said, ‘That’s what I have an agent for – to take care of these things. We will have talks and see in which direction it goes. We’ll see what the future brings.’
