A key artwork of Warzone Season 5 got leaked on the internet showing a female character sitting at the center with two weapons in her hands. Players didn’t take much time to decipher the image and extract all the information that is available. Players realized that the weapons in her hand strongly resembled the Tec-9. It is a popular pistol for FPS players and is featured in CS: GO. If it is introduced in Season 5, it will be the first time that Tec-9 will feature in the Call of Duty series.
Popular Call of Duty leaker and data miner Nanikos shared more information about the recently leaked artwork. He revealed that the new operator will be known as Kitsune and the numbers which surround her are associated with Warzone Season 5 Red Doors.
Nanikos also teased that Season 5 might bring a new region called Weather Station and also a standalone summit for 6v6 multiplayer matches. It is also speculated that the two new operators are codenamed Kingsley and Surge. He also added, “there is also still PHD and Double Tap for zombies and the lightning links field upgrade”. These features might also come with Warzone Season 5.
At the moment, this is not concrete information and is just based on leaks and reports. Players will get a taste of Season 5 when it launches on August 12, 2021.
