Lakers vs 76ers LIVE: LA Lakers vs Philadelphia 76ers-Mar 26- NBA LIVE stream, Watch Online, Schedules, Date, India time, Live Score, Result Updates, Standings: Philadelphia wins 109-101, Green scores 28 points

Danny Green: 28 points, 8 made 3s, 5 rebounds

Dennis Schroder: 20 points, 10 assists, 3 rebounds
Kyle Kuzma: 25 points, 9 rebounds

Lakers vs 76ers 4th Quarter

Kuzma converts only 1/2 of his free-throws to make it a 1-possession game but Danny Green scores a corner three to extend the lead to 6 points. Lakers take a timeout, they trail 107-101.

Kuzma can trim the lead to 2 with a pair of FT’s with 51.4 seconds left.

LAL had, suddenly, trimmed the lead to just 5. Out of a time out, Dennis Schroder thought he had a steal but was called for a foul, and then hit with tech for showing his displeasure. Sixers up 6, 2:46 left.

LAL tried to make a push here in the 4th Q, cutting the margin from 18 to 9 with a KCP 3 (his 3rd), but the 7th triple of the game from 2020 champion Danny Green pushed Philly’s lead to 101-89. Just 4 minutes to play.

Lakers vs 76ers 3rd Quarter

A buzzer-beating 3 from Philly was their 15th of the game and 6th of the period in which the Sixers outscored LAL 35-17.

Lakers had 9 of their 19 turnovers in the period, many live ball giveaways that led directly to Philly points.

The Deficit is a game-high 18, at 89-71.

Danny Green is up to 22 points on 7-9 shooting from the field and 6-8 from the three-point range. Green leads the team with 113 threes this season and now has his second 20-point game of the season. His season-high is 29, which he set on Jan. 12 vs. Miami.

Gasol checks out after playing 15 minutes. We’ll see if he’s done for the night. He’s been out Feb. 28 without hardly any practice, and the plan was a 15-min. limit. LAL had cut the lead to 6 before quickly giving up a 5-0 run that has PHI up 73-62 at the 6:19 mark of the 3rd Q.

Philly opens the 3rd Q with 3 straight 3’s, including Green’s 4th and 5th. LAL managed two buckets at the rim, but trail by 5.

Lakers vs 76ers 2nd Quarter

It’s a 9-0 LAL run to close the 2nd. This has been KCP’s best half in a while. He’s already in double figures with 12 points on 4 of 7 FG’s with 2 3’s plus 2 FT’s. His personal 5-0 run came in the middle of layups from Harrell and Schroder, good enough to tie the game at 54.

Philly is hot from 3, with Mike Scott hitting 2 straight, and Danny Green his 3rd of the evening. PHI leads 54-45 late in the 2nd Q, and they’re now 9 for 20 from 3 to LAL’s 5 for 12.

It’s been a slog of a 2nd Q, and neither team scored from the 8:08 to the 5:19 mark of the period. He was 38-38 that whole time. Danny Green broke the collective cold streak with a 3, and Curry hit a long 2 to put PHI up 5 with 4:43 left

Marc Gasol is back in here after playing 7 1st Q minutes. Wonder if he feels better than expected and can extend his minutes more than the expected 15. We’ll see.

Schroder is already 6 of 7 at the FT line, his latest putting LAL up 36-35 at the 9:15 mark of the 2nd Q. PHI has 4 team fouls already, and 11 in the game (to LAL’s 5).

Howard represented Philly’s only real rim protection with Embiid out and backup C Tony Bradley traded today, so Howard’s ejection ends up helping LAL, and especially, Harrell.

Harrell and Howard got matching techs earlier, but Howard got his 2nd by walking into Harrell’s way (Harrell avoided a 2nd). Meanwhile, Ben Simmons got a tech on top of it, so, LAL got 2 FT’s to start the 2nd Q. Caruso hit the 1st and missed the 2nd. LAL trail by 2.

Lakers vs 76ers 1st Quarter

Dwight Howard got 2 blocks, one on Harrell and the next on Caruso. He also received his 2nd technical right at the end of the 1st Quarter and has been ejected.

Harrell is about to check in for Gasol, who’s played nearly 7 minutes. Looks like it’ll just be this stint, and the first 7/8 minutes of the 3rd Q, for the Spaniard tonight (15 min. limit).

Philly rallied back after LAL’s 7-2 start, with a pair of 3’s from Seth Curry putting them up 15-10 into the first time out at the 7:05 mark.

Marc Gasol has an assist for KCP’s layup, a 3-pointer, and a rebound to get LAL off to a 7-2 early edge as things get going against Philly.

Lakers vs 76ers Starting 5

Seth Curry and Marc Gasol both make it back for their teams in this match.

Lakers vs 76ers Pre Game

Seth Curry and Danny Green are both available tonight.

Anthony Davis has made expected progress in his return from his right calf strain, but he remains “a ways away” from returning, said Frank Vogel.

Frank Vogel equated tonight’s return for Marc Gasol (15-minute limit) to a “rehab start in baseball.” There hasn’t really been an opportunity to get him any real run in practice, so they’re going to have to use small pockets of minutes in games to get his conditioning back.

Good news for the Lakers to get Gasol back even in limited minutes, as they’ve been manning the center spot with Markieff Morris and Devontae Cacok the last few games. Expect Morris to go back to PF.

Joel Embiid is still out, while Danny Green is listed as questionable, so the 76ers will be shorthanded in this one, but that shouldn’t matter as they have more than enough to take down the depleted Lakers.

Unfortunately for the Lakers, there’s nothing more important right now than the injury report, which still features both LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
