Mumbai Indians Director of Cricket Operations Zaheer Khan gave a big hint about the composition of his team’s bowling attack in MI’s Playing XI vs Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for their second game.
One of the questions asked during the press conference was if veteran leg-spinner Piyush Chawla will make his debut for Mumbai Indians. While the former Indian pacer did not give any definite answer, he did inform that the move is being considered.
“Krunal bowled fantastically in the last game, Rahul Chahar is coming on his own. We also have experience in Piyush Chawla,” he stated. “Piyush Chawla’s experience will be valuable to us, going ahead in the tournament,” he added.
