Kolkata Knight Riders Playing XI: Shreyas Iyer had his hands full on Wednesday as he aimed to name his playing XI for what could be KKR’s final game of the season. Ajinkya Rahane’s injury has thrown KKR into a lurch heading into the crucial clash against the Lucknow Super Giants.
In Rahane’s absence, KKR decided to give a debut to Abhijeet Tomar. On the other hand, wicketkeeper Sheldon Jackson didn’t feature while Sam Billings is promoted down the order to build a strong middle-order lineup with the likes of Andre Russell and Sunil Narine.
