JetSynthesys partners with Japanese listed entity Digital Hearts Holding

New-age digital entertainment, gaming, and technology company JetSynthesys has announced a strategic partnership with DIGITAL HEARTS HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (DHH), a Japanese holding company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE). This collaboration will involve an investment by DHH in JetSynthesys Co., Ltd. (JetSynthesys Japan) and the establishment of a 50:50 joint venture between JetSynthesys and DHH in India.

The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to expand their global presence in the gaming industry. JetSynthesys will bring its expertise in game development and technology to the table, while DHH will provide its deep understanding of the Japanese gaming market and its established infrastructure in quality assurance, customer support, and marketing.

JetSynthesys Japan will utilize DHH’s expertise to create global products that meet the needs of gamers worldwide. The joint venture in India will focus on expanding debugging services in the Indian market and beyond, combining the resources and know-how of both companies to cater to the growing demand for quality assurance services in the global gaming industry.
