Israel Adesanya vs Jared Cannonier: Izzy kept his undefeated streak in the UFC Middleweight Division alive after a clean victory over Jared Cannonier.
Izzy was comfortable throughout the five rounds there was some clinch moments in the match but none of them were good enough to give judges a hard time.
This was seen as the toughest challenge for Izzy’s Title defence yet but he overcame it as always with ease.
There was hardly any moment in the match, where we can say Izzy was in trouble

Israel Adesanya’s WITTY REPLY to Slam Hollywood Star Chris Pratt: In spite of winning the fight, a large section of fans were criticising him for his performance and the one who joined them was Chris Pratt.
Chris Pratt said “I’m going to say this as humbly as I can — I’e never stepped into the octagon. I don’t know this game. I’m just an actor, but I’m not a fan, man. I’m not a fan of coming out like, all that talk, and then just kind of putting on a little bit of a pitter-pat [performance]. I’m like, c’mon, man. You’ve got to cash on that promise of being so badass.”
However, Izzy didn’t take that on a good note on and responded in a fashion of his own.
He posted a clip from Chris Pratt’s movie ‘Wanted’, where James McAvoy is slamming Pratt’s face along with a witty caption stating “Good morning, I’m the man. You’re just some fan.”
Although Chris Pratt dropped an apology in response to that saying “You’re right. I’m sorry brutha. It bugs me when people criticize my work- having never themselves risked anything. It makes me a hypocrite to do exactly that to you. My bad. Keep on keeping on champ.”
