ISL 2022-23 schedule: The Indian Super League had announced the schedule for the upcoming season early September. Interestingly, there is no official reason given by the league for the shift in three fixtures of Jamshedpur for the season.

The changes have been reflected in Matchweek 6, 16 and 22. The Jamshedpur FC vs Hyderabad FC was scheduled to be played on November 12 at 5:30 pm, but it has been pushed by two hours to 7:30. The venue remains same, at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur.

However, Jamshedpur FC vs Bengaluru FC was scheduled to be played on January 21. But the date has been changed and it has been preponed to January 18. The timing has also changed from 5: 30 to 7:30.

The other game Odisha FC vs Jamshedpur FC has also been brought forward. It was scheduled to be played on February 25, but it has been preponed by three days. It will be played on February 22.

  • Jamshedpur FC vs Hyderabad FC scheduled on November 12, 2022 will now be played on November 12, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur
  • Jamshedpur FC vs Bengaluru FC to be played on January 21, 2023 has been rescheduled to January 18, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur
  • Odisha FC vs Jamshedpur FC scheduled on February 25, 2023 will now be played on February 22, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar

ISL countdown begins 

There is huge anticipation ahead of the ninth edition of the ISL for various reasons. More importantly, the season will go back into the home and away format. The last few seasons was played in Goa due to Covid-19 situation.

All the teams have gradually started their preparations. With all the 11 teams coming into the season with new energy and belief, the 2022-23 season promises to be a humdinger of a season. With many of the teams having undergone changes in the ISL season, it is about adjusting to the team’s playing style.

The first match of the season will take shape between Kerala Blasters and East Bengal on October 7 in Kochi.
