Adam Zampa took his 100th BBL wickets against the Thunder on Tuesday
Zampa has played a handful of games in the IPL and has tasted success with the ball. In 14 IPL matches, Zampa has picked up 21 wickets at an average of 17.62. He is an attacking option for breakthroughs, especially in the middle overs. He last played an IPL match in November 2020 and has registered his name in the IPL 2023 auction. To note, Zampa also took his 100th BBL wicket against Thunder today. The right-arm spinner achieved the feat after completely bamboozling Alex Ross with his clever bowling.
Thunders had no answers to Coulter-Nile venomous bowling
Bowling in the middle overs, Nathan Coulter-Nile completely broke the bone of Thunder’s batting. The right-arm pacer took three wickets and gave away only 19 runs in his four over quota. In IPL 2022, Rajasthan Royals signed him for his base price of ₹2 crore. However, the senior pacer got injured in the first match and was ruled out of the competition. Coulter-Nile holds a lot of experience in the 20-over format and some franchises might want to bag him in the upcoming auction. Apart from his bowling skills, Coulter-Nile is more than handy with the bat which might tempt the franchises to go for him.
