Jaiswal takes the baton – Jaiswal was seen taking the openers attacking baton when Jos Buttler failed miserabely on 2 runs in the second over of the RR innings. JAiswal then took the baton in his own hands and continued to impress. Jaiswal was seen hitting the ball cleanly and smashed the ball all over the park. His innings included eight fours and a six as he struck at a strike rate in excess of 134.

RR clinch Qualifier 1 place– After the heroics of Jaiswal, RR have now booked their place in the top two and thus a Qualifier 1 place. RR will now have two shots at the final if they lose Qualifier 1, while surpassing Lucknow Super Giants in the process. RR won by 5 wickets and will now face Gujarat Titans (GT) on Tuesday, May 24 while ending CSK’s season on a low.
