Apart from Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife Dhanashree Verma, a number of Indian cricketers were also present at Rahul Tewatia’s wedding. It includes the likes of Team India’s star wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant and KKR’s Nitish Rana.
Tewatia had made headlines when he hit five consecutive sixes in one over while playing for Rajasthan in a match of IPL 2020. After this charismatic batting in the cricket field, he became an overnight star. Till IPL 2021, he is an integral part of Rajasthan Royals. He is set to go through the auction process as retention is not on the cards for the all-rounder.
He has featured in 48 IPL matches and took 32 wickets at a brilliant economy rate of 7.71 rpo. The stats are not too good and he will be hopeful of lady luck in upcoming mega auctions.

He currently plays for Haryana in domestic cricket. He is a right-arm spinner and bats with the left hand. Tewatia started his first-class cricket career in the 2013-14 Ranji Trophy.
