IPL 2022 – MI’s Suryakumar Yadav opens up on his love for dogs:  The right-handed batter was one of the four players retained by the franchise ahead of the mega auctions earlier this year and has been in good touch recently. SKY joined MI in 2018 and has scored 1733 runs in 60 matches.

He has been one of the most consistent performers for MI over the years and has not just cemented his place in the playing XI for the franchise but also opened the door for selection in the Indian team as well. He was part of the Indian team that featured in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup last year.

“We always come prepared, whether it’s the first game or last game, we want to try and win every game. But we made some mistakes on the field, which didn’t go according to plans. Those things can happen. We just need to keep it tight within the group. Disappointed, but it’s not the end,” said Sharma.
