LSG were heading towards a subpar total batting first when captain Shreyas Iyer gave the ball to young Shivam Mavi to bowl the penultimate over. Marcus Stoinis decided to launch attack on the medium pacer, launching a hat-trick of sixes to take LSG past the 150-run mark.
Mavi had a little taste of revenge when Marcus Stoinis held out at long on. However, Jason Holder walked into bat and continued the carnage hitting his first two deliveries for a six. The 30-run over is the most expensive over in IPL this season and by a KKR bowler in history.

The carnage continues Mavi’s lacklustre IPL 2022 campaign after KKR bought him back for a whopping Rs 8 crore in the auction. The young medium pacer has now bowled the three most expensive overs by a KKR bowler in IPL history, with the 30-run over on Saturday topping the list.
