He further highlighted the importance of sacrificing one’s ego whilst playing a team sport, by saying “One thing that I’ll guarantee every single one of you guys is that I’ll treat the captain, I’ll treat the senior players, I’ll treat the media guys, I’ll treat the baggage guys, I’ll treat everyone exactly the same. If we don’t do that, then we can’t create the family environment.” Delhi will start their campaign against Mumbai Indians on March 27.
