Recently in a press conference, Gautam Gambhir spoke about his contribution to society. Gambhir has taken up the responsibility to feed 5000 people every month which costs around 25 lakhs per month which is near about 2.75 crores per year.
Therefore, Gambhir thinks that it is quite justified that he works in the IPL commentary to earn genuine money for himself. He further reveals that since he spends his hard-earned money from his entire pocket, he has no shame in working in the IPL.

“I work in the IPL because I spend 2.75cr annually to feed 5000 people. I spend all of this money from my own pocket. I’ve no shame in saying that I work in the IPL. All of this that I do has an ultimate goal,” said Gautam Gambhir.

Taking to a social media platform, Gambhir uploaded a video with a caption that read, “If it is wrong to install free kitchens, libraries, smog towers for the public by earning honest money, then I will make this mistake again and again!”
