Despite of continuous good show by IPL 2020 on rating charts, Star Sports 1 Hindi’s march as the top rated channel across the genres has been halted. The BARC India has released the ratings for the 3rd week of IPL 2020 (Week 40th – 3rd Oct to 9th Oct), but Star Sports 1 Hindi has dropped to number 2 in the top channels list. Star Sports has been overtaken by Star Utsav as the top channel of the week in regard to the WEEKLY Impressions.

IPL 2020 continues to rule the BARC ratings charts as TOP Rated programs of the week.
The good news is that IPL 2020 live broadcast continues to be the top rated programs of the week by some margin.
According to the BARC Week 40th data, the live telecast of the game between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals is the top rated game of the week. This is most for any television program of the week 40th. The Kolkata Knight Riders vs Chennai Super Kings has rated as the number 2 show of the week followed by Delhi Capitals and KKR game.
Another interesting point from the Week 40th ratings is that all matches of IPL 2020 in the Week 40th have rated more than any other television program.
