Prithvi Shaw has hit the first six of the match. It was a length delivery and Shaw slammed it over the top of the bowler’s head. That was a difficult shot to play but Shaw made it look easy. An expensive over from Aaron; 18 runs off it. DC-31/1 after 3 overs

Chance gone begging!

Karthik drops Prithvi Shaw on 7. A deceptive bouncer from Aaron but Tyagi misjudges the flight off the ball as Shaw gets a lifeline.

Skipper Shreyas Iyer is the man in after Dhawan’s dismissal. He’s in stupendous form this season and on a batting wicket like Sharjah, he will look to make an impact again. DC-13/1 after 2 overs
