India Tour of Sri Lanka: Life in quarantine isn’t easy. With no physical interaction and confining yourself to a room, the 24-hour clock seems endless during the 14-day self-isolation period. But India wicketkeeper Sanju Samson has mastered the art, juggling between books and gym equipment at a Mumbai hotel ahead of the India tour of Sri Lanka which will be an important one for him. The team will be led by Shikhar Dhawan and coached by Rahul Dravid.
Sanju Samson’s routine starts with making the bed and then a gym session with equipment that he has brought into the hotel room. In a video shared by BCCI, Sanju is seen turning his hotel’s living room into a small gymnasium.

“First thing to do is to make up the bed and open the curtains. The living room is where I spend most of the quarantine days. And this room is also a small gym for me. I have a lot of dumbbells and a few more weight training. And yes, my room is full with few books. The special book that I am reading now is Jonathan Livingstone Seagull by Richard Bach,” Sanju Samson said as he narrated his day in quarantine.
