After the T20I series, Hardik Pandya returned to India after being rested for the ODI series. He is also exempted from the upcoming ODI and Test series against Bangladesh in December. After the third T20I against New Zealand recently, Pandya said “I’m going back home, taking time off to be with my son.”
Now the all-rounder appears relaxed and is enjoying his time with his family. Hardik Pandya posted a series of photos on his Instagram on Friday. The all-rounder looked particularly ravishing and captioned it: “Watching You Watching Me”.

Pandya featured in India’s 2022 T20 World Cup Squad which made a semifinal exit in Australia. He then captained India in the three-match T20 series against New Zealand. Pandya successfully led the team to a 1-0 victory.
2022 belonged to Hardik Pandya. He made his career’s captaincy debut during the IPL, leading Gujarat Titans to the title. He then made his captaincy debut for India against Ireland, with India winning 2-0.
The 29-year-old also achieved a captaincy feat that even MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma failed to achieve. After the 1-0 victory against New Zealand recently, he became the first-ever Indian skipper to go unbeaten in his first five T20Is.
Pandya will soon take over the mantle from Rohit Sharma as he is set to become India’s full-time skipper in T20Is. The star all-rounder will now be returning to action only in January for the limited-overs series against Sri Lanka at home.
