Jadeja to make comeback-
Jadeja is returning from a lengthy injury lay-off, having last played a competitive game in May. Jadeja missed the rest of the IPL ever since he was affected by rib injury and was on the treatment table. Moreover, the break came as a blessing in disguise as he relinquished his Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captaincy and took necessary break to recharge his batteries.
On the horizon, Ashwin will be wary of the English conditions and hasn’t enjoyed trips to the nation. Ashwin has scalped 18 wickets, and seven of those came in the Edgbaston Test from 2018. While there have been occasions where Ashwin has been warming the bench, it is not to be underestimated that he is still the man who possesses match-winning spells.
