Glenn McGrath showers praise on Hardik
McGrath who has previously been fan of Pandya praised his all-rounder ability and said, “Cricket is very much a confidence sport. Hardik is very much a confidence player. If he is bowling well, it has a positive impact on his batting.
:He is two players in one. He is a luxury. He is a good, intelligent bowler and powerful hitter. He has got a good game plan,” McGrath told reporters.
The exceptional Pandya has enjoved a revival after he was criticised for his role in the 2021 T20 World Cup in UAE. Pandya was far from his full fitness and struggled during the tournament, as a result he was rested for consequent series. The all-rounder has since rejuvenated his career after a successful IPL 2022.
