Kohli, at times, has posted his different kind of fitness routines on the social media. He spends long hours in the gym, and it is his habit. Even during his non cricket days, Kohli is sincere and makes it a point to work on his fitness. It just goes on to show how Kohli considers fitness to be an important part of the regime.
