This is the most number of batsmen caught out in a Test series of three or fewer matches. India started Day 3 with the record tied at 48, but Cheteshwar Pujara was caught out off Marco Jansen with Keegan Petersen pulling off a stunner. Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Ravichandran Ashwin and Shardul Thakur followed as India went comfortably ahead. In this series, out of the 60 wickets taken by South Africa, 55 have been through catches.
