IND vs PAK LIVE: The fan came really close to India’s pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar. As a matter of fact, the game stopped for a few minutes as the security had to deport the fan from the ground.
It is to be noted that, this isn’t the first time that a fan has evaded the pitch. Such instances have been seen in several games held in Asian countries. As fans passionately dream of meeting their cricketing heroes, they resort to entering the ground during a live game to meet their favorite cricketers.
However, in this case, Melbourne’s security guards were quick enough to deport the fan. As for Bhuvneshwar Kumar, the pacer went for 22 runs from his four overs.
After losing the toss and being asked to bat first, Pakistan scored 159 in the first innings, and lost 8 wickets in the process. Iftikhar Ahmed and Shan Masood were superb as both got to their respective half-centuries.

When it comes to India’s bowling, Arshdeep Singh was fabulous with the new ball. In his full quota of four overs, he took three wickets and gave away 32 runs.
Hardik Pandya was exceptional with the ball as well. He picked up three wickets in his full quota of four overs and went for 30 runs. The second innings saw India lose their first three wickets in the powerplay itself.
But not for the first time – and unlikely to be the last – former skipper Virat Kohli turned back the clock with a brilliant individual knock of 82 from just 53 deliveries that saved the day for India.
