Later Siraj went on to pick another wicket dismissing Jonny Bairstow for 28, putting an end to his partnership with Ben Stokes.
In the fourth Test, Joe Root won the toss and opted to bat. They have failed to justify the decision by losing four wickets for 78 runs after 30 overs at the time of this post.
Zak Crawley, who top-scored for England with 53 in last Test, dismissed for 9 while Dom Bess departed for 2 runs. Joe Root failed too was unable to reach double figures.
England need to win the test to avoid consecutive series loss in India. India, on the other hand, are eyeing WTC Final sport against New Zealand. The match will be held at Lord’s, London from June 18-22.
