The 28-year-old Labuschange asked which one or two Indian players Smith would be playing in his team and the former Aussie skipper answered the question quickly. He opted for one batter and one bowler. India’s talisman Virat Kohli and yorker specialist Jasprit Bumrah were the two names in Steve Smith’s team. Aussie star duo Labuschange and Smith both agreed that Bumrah is a weapon and when Queensland’s cricketer Marcus asked where would be Virat batting in Smith’s team? The 33-year-old Smith answered that obviously behind him in the lineup.

In the clip, Labuschange asked Smith to choose between Virat or Sachin, the former Delhi Capitals player Smith took Sachin’s name for the test matches and said Virat has a lot of left in him.
Team India will host Australia for four Test and three ODI matches. The Test series is also crucial for India’s qualification for the World Test Championship final.
India is currently holding the Border Gavaskar trophy after their 2-1 series win against Australia in their own backyard in 2020-21.
The Test series will be played in Nagpur, Delhi, Dharamshala and Ahmedabad. The ODI matches will be held in Mumbai, Visakhapatnam and Chennai.

India’s Test squad for the Australia series is out. The big news is the absence of Jasprit Bumrah. Injured again Bumrah will miss out on the first two tests while Ravindra Jadeja has been included and is subject to a fitness test.
Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav has been recalled from the Test Squad. The No 1 T20 batter was included in India’s Test squad for England tour but did not make his debut.
