Green however did add his name to the history books owing to this fiery knock. With a Fifty off just 19 balls, he now becomes the 4th joint fastest Australian cricketer to reach fifty.

An in-form player who is well known for his aggressive and destructive batting style, followed by a successfully bowling stint will come in real handy for any team in the Indian Premier League. Understood to be the successor of David Warner, the Men in Yellow will be banking on the young Aussie opener to be a vital player in the squad.
