India skipper Virat Kohli is the next big name in Test cricket. The 32-year-old features in the top 5 in the ICC Test Rankings for batsmen with 814 rating points. Kohli has amassed as many as 7,490 runs in 91 Test matches at a staggering average of 52+ with 7 double tons, 27 centuries and 25 fifties. The skipper is yet to smash a century since 2019. He would like to end his century drought while playing on the big stage.

Trent Boult

The Kiwi pace spearhead Trent Boult is likely to be a big threat in English conditions. His ability to generate swing with a new ball could trouble opening batsmen. The 31-year-old could hurt more if the ball starts reverse swing which could be a disaster for the Indian middle-order. Ajinkya Rahane

The 32-year-old has scored the majority of his runs away from home. He has scored 2,978 runs in 75 innings at an average of 44+ which features 8 hundreds and 15 half-centuries. He is expected to play a crucial role against England and help India clinch the WTC21 title.
