Ghoomer: Abhishek Bachchan will next be seen playing the role of cricket coach to Saiyami Kher in the R Balki’s next project. Abhishek and Saiyami were also spotted on being on the shoot in Pune on Thursday (February 24). Saiyami plays a cricketer in the movie. The actress was seen practicing out at nets on the Poona Club. Meanwhile, Abhishek was spotted donning casuals and a jacket. The junior Bachchan also sported a beard and looked dapper. The film also stars Shabana Azmi in a crucial role. The shoot of the film was about to begin in early January 2022, but it got delayed due to the third wave of COVID-19. Now with a situation slightly getting better, the shooting has commenced.

Saiyami Kher’s love affair with cricket
Interestingly, Saiyami has played cricket at a young age. Often she posts pictures on her social media profile about playing cricketing shots. In fact, she also wanted to be a cricketer, but Saiyami could not pursue playing at the top level.
Nonetheless, her passion for the game has seen her bag the role of a cricketer. Saiyami would be eager to nail the role by channeling her cricketing instincts. Saiyami also recently posted a video on her Twitter page of her batting.

Meanwhile, Abhishek will be seen in the movie after a long time. He was keeping busy by doing web shows such as The Big Bull, Bob Biswas. The actor has over 20 years of experience and will look to play his part in the movie. He has also previously worked with R Balki.
