Portugal was on the counter-attack as there were very few players in the german box. The most beautiful part of the goal was that CR7 started and finished the counter-attacking move.
Portugal captain cleared the ball from his own box before sprinting towards Germany’s half and scoring the first goal of the match for his side. Ronaldo ran at a speed of 32 km/h to cover 92 m in just 14.2 seconds. This was also his first-ever goal against Germany.

Meanwhile, Robin Gosens and Kai Havertz created havoc against Portugal on Saturday as Germany beat Fernando Santos’ side 4-2 in their Group F Euro 2020 game, with help from two own goals.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Diogo Jota both scored for Portugal but own goals from Ruben Dias and Raphael Guerreiro as well as strikes from Gosens and Havertz ensured Germany left with the three points.
