ENG vs PAK: Ramiz Raja slams Eoin Morgan & Co after 7 in England camp test COVID positive, says ‘they were not ready to follow protocols’ – Former Pakistan cricketer turned commentator Ramiz Raja criticised the England cricket team for their bizarre attitude towards Covid-19. He also revealed that Eoin Morgan’s side was not ready to follow protocols. England cricket is hit by Covid-10 as three cricketers and four management staff were tested positive ahead of the Pakistan series.

ENG vs PAK: Talking on his YouTube channel Ramiz said,” England players have tested positive, which is not a good thing. But it can bring negativity into the dressing room and you need to reboot your combination. They have brought Ben Stokes back, so you can understand their desperation.”

ENG vs PAK: “Their attitude towards Covid-19 was very bizarre. They felt like they were in jail and were not ready to follow protocols like wearing masks and social distancing, and this desperation has resulted in their team grabbing negative headlines,” Ramiz added.

England named a fresh squad of 18 members which will be lead by all-rounder Ben Stokes. He will be leading the side for the first time in fifty overs cricket. The all-rounder has not played much cricket since suffering an injury during IPL. 

ENG vs PAK: Ramiz also pointed out that as there are as many as nine uncapped players in the England squad this will put Pakistan in a slight advantage.

ENG vs PAK: “Pakistan team has gotten advantage and they should benefit from the negativity in England’s dressing room. Pakistan have got some breathing space because of this tragedy, but it remains to be seen how they will play,” he concluded.
