Kaur had played in the league’s debut season with Manchester Originals, who finished fifth in the eight-team tournament with three victories from eight matches. The following season, Kaur bore the brunt of the blame as the team discharged her to fill an overseas position.
Kaur then missed the 2022 season of the event and will now aim to maximize the next season. The English all-rounders Nat Sciver-Brunt, Katherine Sciver-Brunt, and Bryony Smith, as well as the Australian all-rounder Alana King, were previously retained by the Trent Rockets women.

As anticipation for the third edition of the tournament has already begun to grow, the players’ draft held on March 23 set the tone for the main tournament to come. The Trent Rockets and Southern Brave are scheduled to play each other on August 1 to kick off the tournament. The action will then go on for a further 27 days before coming to a close on August 27 with the finals being played at the iconic Lord’s.
