The season this year will visit St Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago and culminate in the final in Guyana.

CPL 2022 Opening Match: The opening day of the tournament will see the Trinbago Knight Riders Women take on the Barbados Royals women.
The current Men’s champions, St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, begin their title defense against the Jamaica Tallawahs.
Women CPL Schedule: The women’s CPL will feature four matches in the inaugural 2022 season in addition to the seven women’s games at the SKYEXCH 6IXTY which takes place immediately before Hero CPL.
This is 11 matches in total, representing a big step forward in the scheduling of women’s franchise cricket in the region, with plans to grow this in subsequent years.

CPL 2022 LIVE – Women’s Caribbean Premier League: BCCI is still thinking to launch Women IPL. But Caribbean Premier League promoters have trumped them by launching Women CPL from this year.
Not only this but the owners of IPL teams Kolkata Knight Riders & Rajasthan Royals have decided to field a team in Women CPL.
- Knight Riders will field its first-ever women’s team under the TKR banner in Caribbean Premier League 2022.
- Deandra Dottin will be captaining the Tribango Knight Riders.
- Hayley Matthews will lead the Barbados Royals.
- Stefanie Taylor will be heading the Guyana Amazon Warriors.

Women’s Caribbean Premier League: The teams have been drafted from a pool of players that was put together by Cricket West Indies’ selection committee.
The 33 cricketers picked represent the best talent from across the region with the squads full of experienced internationals as well as the next generation of female players.
Each team will also sign three exciting overseas players bringing the total squad size to 14. These overseas signings will be announced in the coming weeks.
