Jules Kounde: The Seville player has been a long-term target for Chelsea. The French defender has been performing on a consistent basis over the last couple of years, thereby making him one of the most sought defenders in Europe. Thomas Tuchel is highly impressed by Kounde and is keen on making him join Stamford Bridge.
