In a video that is going viral on Twitter, the LSG skipper was in a black shirt enjoying a fun-filled night at the club. While Rahul had gone to London for treatment on his right thigh, it seems after the surgery, he went to a club to chill out. It is still not clear whether Athiya Shetty accompanied Rahul at the club. Fans flooded the viral video with funny comments. One of the users wrote, “Belt treatment by Athiya loading.” While another user wrote, “Rahul does not even look happy here.” Another user was shocked to see Rahul at the nightclub and said, “Injury ke baad yeh sab kya.” A few of the netzines shared hilarious memes of Sunil Shetty and said. “Toh yeh recovery chal rahai hai tumhari.”

For the unversed, Athiya accompanied Rahul to London for his surgery. The couple shared pictures on their social media account. After the surgery, Rahul will now have a lengthy rehabilitation at NCA in Bangalore.

It is still not clear when Rahul will return to playing cricket. As of now, the right-hand batter would be hoping to be fit for Asia Cup and 50-over World Cup.
