Both India Women and Australia Women have momentum by their side. While the Meg Lanning-led Australian side won the T20 Tri-series involving Ireland and Pakistan, India won the T20 series against Sri Lanka recently.
For India senior players like skipper Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, and Deepti would form the batting core. Young Shafali Verma expected to offer explosive starts at the top of the order. India also have a good spin bowling unit with Deepti Sharma, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Radha Yadav, Sneh Rana in their ranks and will look to challenge the Australians.
