WWE RAW: WWE has announced a major Championship match that will take place next week on RAW where current WWE Raw Women’s Champion Asuka will defend her title against Mickie James.
This match confirmed by WWE after both Asuka and Mickie James teamed up together and defeated the team of Lana and Natalya in a Tag Team match earlier on RAW episode.
Well, this should be fun.

Asuka, who won this Women’s Championship at WWE Payback by defeating Sasha Banks in a decimating way and clinched this championship from Sasha Banks. Following next night on RAW, Asuka also successfully defended her Championship against Sasha Banks in a ‘Lumberjack’ match. However, everybody was hoping that Banks will challenge Asuka once again at Clash of Champions but, following injury to Banks it may not possible again until she recovers from injury.
However, Mickie James grabbed this opportunity from both hands to challenge Asuka for a championship match next week on RAW. This match is going to be roller-coaster since James is almost featuring in a championship match after a long time. On the other hand, Asuka would not like to take James readily in this championship match.
Both these belligerents have a long history between them from their old wrestling days and this time things will settle on next Monday Night RAW episode.
