Andrew Tate’s Tinder match shares an unknown incident
The infamous media celebrity and Janet Devlin swapped numbers, according to Janet Devlin, who became famous on the show’s eighth series in 2011. The X Factor’s fifth-place finisher, a singer-songwriter, claimed she had a Tinder match with the jailed celebrity years prior. Tate, who was detained in Romania last year, was described as having an “icky” vibe by Janet after chatting with him over the phone.
After declining to speak with the media personality because she might have been “locked in Romania doing webcam,” Janet, 28, believes she “dodged a bullet.”
On the Sly Guy Podcast with comic Dave Elliot, she said, “I connected with him on a dating app. I once matched with Andrew Tate on a dating app; I can’t remember if it was Raya or Tinder. We matched, and I believe we set a date, but I had to postpone and cancel it. When he later came out, and I Googled him, I was like, “I guess it’s the same man,” so I wasn’t all that convinced about him.

Janet continued by saying, “When that image appeared, I immediately thought, “That’s the same person.” He contacted me while I was still on the phone since he had my number, which I believe we had exchanged. I don’t recall what was said; I recall having an unpleasant feeling. I feel icky. Even if I have a terrible stomach, I could have been punished in Romania for using a webcam.”

On December 27, Tate and his brother Tristan were taken into custody and held there. The Romanian authorities upheld their arrest and extended their detention until February 27 despite a request for release. The two brothers are defending themselves against severe accusations of rape, human trafficking, and other crimes. Andrew Tate has maintained his innocence at every turn, though.
Tate seems to be learning from his arrest, despite it. The previous world champion in kickboxing also encouraged his supporters to concentrate on the good. Tate added that his time in jail taught him a lot of lessons.
