’83 Believe’ – Merchandise launched: India’s historic victory in 1983 is not being released as a film but will also soon have a merchandise collection of its own. Production companies, Reliance Entertainment, and Phantom Films have collaborated with Indian Tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi’s apparel and accessories company ‘Swag Fashions Hub Pvt Ltd’ to launch a merchandise collection for their sports drama film “83” starring Ranveer Singh.

The brand ’83 Believe’ offers cricket-themed merchandise inspired by the Indian Team’s victory in the 1983 Cricket World Cup. The merchandise has already recorded unprecedented successful sales even before the release of the film 83, which is slated to hit the screens on June 4, 2021, worldwide.

 
Bhupathi’s ‘Swag’ is a brand management and licensing company that creates, develops, and manages consumer brands that are led by celebrities. It has signed up celebrities like Virat Kohli, Disha Patani, Malaika Arora and Allu Arjun in the past.

However, in our country, where we have a billion cricket-crazy fans, there is a void for a brand that celebrates cricket. Hence, our broad idea is to build the Brand ’83 Believe’ by launching.
